Membership Criteria

To be a member,the applicants must meet certain requirements
and commit to adhering to the following standards.

Applicants must demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of active trading in the freight forwarding and/or logistics industry with a proven track record.

The applicant should provide evidence of their company's successful operations and financial stability over the past 3 years. This includes submitting audited financial statements and official tax return receipts.

Applicants are required to provide three (3) references from agents with whom they currently conduct business, and these references must be from agents located outside their home country.

Applicants must be members in good standing with international organizations. They should indicate their affiliations and certifications, and disclose any ongoing pursuit of memberships in other organizations.

Commitment Standards

1. Payment Terms

Members must adhere to a maximum payment term of 30 days.

2. Network Engagement

Commitment to actively contribute to WFCA by maximizing business participation.

3. Legal and Ethical

Members must conduct fair, legal, and ethical business practices.

4. Performance Evaluation

Every member's contribution to the alliance will be evaluated annually.

5. Inactivity Consequences

Repeatedly inactive members may face expulsion from the network, with replacement by new members.

6. Active Participation

Members are expected to actively participate in network activities, including support for the Annual General Meeting (AGM).

7. Sales Engagement

Members should actively engage in sales endeavors.

8. Customer Base Respect

Members must respect each other's existing customer base and refrain from back-selling.

9. Competitive Bidding

Members should avoid bidding one member against another by refraining from using competitive bids from different members in the same market.

10. Information Management

Allow WFCA to release enterprise news and manage/update member company profiles on the website.

Territories
and Fees

WFCA strictly limits ONLY 5 members per city, with the exception for Mexico, Russia, India, Brazil, China and the USA.

Requirements

Detailed information about your company and business.
Compliance with specified financial ratios.Formal agreement to follow our Rules and Procedures and to cooperate with other members.

Discounts
for Referrals

Under our Referral Program, you can obtain a 25% discount on your annual membership fee for every freight forwarder you recommend that becomes a member, up to a total of four.

Special Rates for
Branch Offices

Members with branch offices in other locations may apply to operate as members of WFCA, paying only 50% of the posted membership fee for each additional branch.
