Uzbekistan Tashkent Food Exhibition (UzFood) is the largest and most influential food exhibition in Uzbekistan. It has been strongly supported by the Uzbek State Ministry of Agricultural Resources and Water Resources, farmers' associations, retailers' associations, food industry associations, meat products, dairy industry associations, state-owned food enterprises and Tashkent City government.
